Summer Reading Program 2026: Unearth a Story!

Get ready to dig into adventure, discovery, and imagination at the Ellisburg Free Library’s 2026 Summer Reading Program!

July 7- August 8, 2026

Readers of all ages are invited to join us for a summer filled with books, activities, prizes, and fun!

Join us July 7th at 5PM for our kickoff meeting at the library to get your reading log and information.

How it Works

~Pick up reading log from library

~Track your reading throughout the summer

~Return completed logs to pick out of prize bin and earn entries into our end-of-program drawing

~Participate in library programs and activities to earn additional tickets

Weekly Fun & Prizes

Prizes will be awarded for returning completed reading logs.

Earn tickets throughout the program for a chance to win exciting gift card prizes at our end-of-program celebration!

End-of-program celebration on August 8 @ 10 AM with magician Ron Cain. Receive participation awards, enjoy snacks, and get a draw string back pack loaded with prizes!
